    Her track record includes guiding organizations across various sectors, from SMEs to large enterprises and public bodies, towards forward-thinking practices. Through collaborative and innovative solutions, Chloe empowers businesses to deliver positive transformation.

    Activities like trail running, surfing, skiing, and wild swimming give her the buzz needed to fuels her to make a difference in all aspects of her life. She is a people person, except on a powder day.

  • Paul has been a consultant and coach to leaders leading change large and small across Europe and the US for more than 20 years. Clients have included RWE/Innogy across Europe, Pacific Gas and Electric in the USA, the Welsh Government, Santander Bank, Marks & Spencer, the Ministry of Defence, Defra (UK) and The Wilderness Outdoor Learning Centre.

    In 2019 he trained with Regenesis Group in the US, pioneers of 30 years work in regeneration.

    He now brings their care for people, rigorous thinking and their deep understanding for how Nature works into the consultancy work he does now. His clients have found remarkable value in this work.

    Paul lives with his wife in an empty nest in the city of Bath in the west of England close to the River Avon. He has just finished his first attempt at writing a novel: ‘The Crow and The Deer’, a story of the potential of our humanity.

Hugo Miller

  • Hugo is a strategic sustainability and impact consultant specialising in ESG standards and frameworks including the GHG Protocol, the Future-Fit Business Benchmark, B Corp, ISO standards, and non-financial reporting standards, like GRI, <IR>, ESRS, TCFD, TNFD.

    Hugo comes with a depth of experience working across all sectors (quite literally: public corporates, large organisations, and SMEs across energy and public utilities, transport, finance, tourism, property and construction, and tertiary education, consumer goods, and sports organisations). He studied law, economics ( as well as surfing) and he believes that the value of an idea is only as good as how well it is communicated.

Benedict Macdonald

  • A lifelong naturalist, Benedict is one of the UK’s foremost experts in nature restoration and the CEO of Restore, specialising in restoring nature for UK landowners. The Wainwright-prize winning author of Rebirding, Benedict’s approach to nature in the UK has been described as ‘visionary yet practical’; using economic drivers to create large-scale habitats and even restore birds like Dalmatian pelicans to our shores. Prior to his current role, Benedict was an Emmy-award winning wildlife television director, where he worked on series such as David Attenborough’s Our Planet.
